We will refund you within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. We will use the same method of payment you used for the order and you will not be charged for this refund.
Return conditions
For goods to be returned, it must be ensured that
- Goods purchased within the last 14 days
- The goods are in their original packaging
The following products cannot be returned:
- The supply of goods manufactured to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned, are deteriorating rapidly or have passed their expiration date.
- The supply of goods which cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of goods which, after delivery, are by their nature indissociably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions, at our sole discretion.
Only products sold at the normal price can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.

We cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost goods on return. We therefore recommend using an insured and tracked courier service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of receipt of the return delivery.
Gifts
If the products were marked as gifts at the time of purchase and shipped directly to your home, you will receive a gift credit corresponding to the value of your return. Once the returned product has been received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post.
If the goods were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the recipient of the gift had the order shipped to you for delivery at a later date, we will send the refund to the recipient of the gift.
